There's just the right amount of space with an open floor plan. Upon entering there's a separate study to the left. As you continue down the foyer there are the 2 bedrooms and the main bath. In back of the home is the living area adorned in ceramic tile, this open floor-plan has sight-lines from the kitchen dining and living room. The kitchen features wood cabinets with crown molding & hardware, stainless steel appliances, breakfast bar and granite counters The split floor plan has the master suite at the rear of the home with a large master bath. The outside has a slab patio extended with pavers for outdoor entertaining. The backyard has plenty of space for play.
Close to Disney and easy accessible to HWY 27 and Florida Turnpike. Lots of local restaurants and things to do for the family with 10 miles radius. Nice hilly town, great community for a family, and running trail within short Distance. The homes are built by Taylor and was built in 2015 therefore everything is fairly new in the house. Huge backyard equip with a grill for the family.Close to several winery in Lake County and horseback riding stables
